Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman/Draftswoman with specialized expertise in hotel and high-end residential projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in producing precise technical drawings for luxury hospitality and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and construction drawings for hotels (guest rooms, lobbies, F&B spaces) and residential units (villas, apartments).

Collaborate with architects/designers to translate concepts into technical documentation.

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.

Coordinate with MEP engineers and contractors to resolve design conflicts.

Review and update drawings based on site feedback.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional drafting experience (hotel & residential projects required).

Expertise in:

AutoCAD or Revit.

In-depth knowledge of:

Hospitality standards (guest room layouts, back-of-house planning).

Residential construction detailing (finishes, joinery, MEP integration).

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality technical drawings.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design

Experience with Autocad
