Job Description
We are looking for a
Senior Draftsman
with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee and manage the design and drafting activities of our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and quality of all drawings, manage the design team, and coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet project timelines.Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise drafting and design team. Prepare and review detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers. Ensure design compliance with project specifications and standards. Maintain drawing documentation and revisions. Provide technical guidance and support to the drafting team. Manage workloads and ensure timely submission of drawings.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Minimum
5 years of experience
in drafting and design (preferably insteel, aluminium, or non structural metal works
). Proficient inAutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks
, or other relevant software. Strong understanding of construction and fabrication drawings. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Salary:
