Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Technical Manager to understand design requirements, specifications, and project objectives for Residential/ Commercial/Offices Projects Prepare detailed technical drawings for interior design, fit-out, and joinery works (2D/3D) Create and develop comprehensive drawing packages: layouts, ceiling plans, flooring, elevations, sections, joinery details, and MEP coordination Supervise junior draftsmen and provide guidance in drafting tasks. Ensure all drawings comply with design intent, site conditions, and authority regulations Collaborate with the design team, site team, and project engineers to resolve drawing-related queries Prepare As-Built drawings upon project completion Support material take-offs and BOQ preparation through accurate detailing Review and revise drawings based on feedback and site instructions Work under tight deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy Assist in creating technical documentation for submissions and approvals Ensure drawings are organized, version-controlled, and backed up regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in drafting for interior design and fit-out, preferably in the UAE Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field. Expert in AutoCAD, 3D, Revit knowledge is an advantage Must have BIM knowledge Good leadership skills and a team player. Strong understanding of interior construction details, joinery, false ceilings, partitions, flooring, and finishes Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Strong communication and coordination skills with design, site, and procurement teams Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Meticulous attention to detail Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately
