We are a growing auto spare parts company looking for a Male Document Controller to join our team. This role is responsible for organizing, managing, and standardizing all company documents while supporting sales and packing teams to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is based in our warehouse .

Job Responsibilities
Organize, maintain, and control all warehouse and business documents, including:
Invoices
Delivery Notes
Packing Lists
Purchase Orders
Inventory and shipping records
Support the sales team by verifying order documents
Support the packing and warehouse team by checking shipment documents
Ensure every shipment matches the correct paperwork
Create and maintain a clear filing system (both hard copy and digital)
Standardize document naming, numbering, and filing procedures
Prevent missing, wrong, or duplicated documents
Report any discrepancies to management in a timely manner

Requirements
Experience as a Document Controller, Admin, or Warehouse Admin is preferred
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work with sales, warehouse, and finance teams
Able to handle a fast-paced working environment
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's Degree is required (business administration ,accounting or related file.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
