Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents in hard copy and electronic formats.
Ensure proper document control support is given to each project.
Register, track, and archive documentation such as drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, inspection requests, material delivery notes, and reports
Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
Verify document accuracy and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
Support the project team in maintaining document workflows and approvals.
Knowledge of construction terminology, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Maintain and organize project documentation such as contracts, specifications, technical drawings, permits, submittals and other project-related documents.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of document control experience in the construction industry (GCC/UAE experience preferred).
Proficiency in document control systems such as Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of document management processes, standards, and construction terminology.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
