to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of information, and supporting project teams with timely document distribution and control.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital) for construction and fit-out project documentation.
Control the flow of documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, method statements, material approvals, etc.) across project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure all documents are up-to-date, properly versioned, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Distribute documents and drawings to internal teams and external parties as required.
Track and monitor document approval workflows, follow up on pending reviews, and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist project and site teams in document-related compliance and quality requirements.
Support audits and client documentation requests.
Maintain confidentiality and document security protocols.
? Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction or fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of document control processes and systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar).
Familiarity with construction documents such as architectural drawings, MEP layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file management software.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field (preferred).
