YOUR ROLE
- You will handle all types of civil/commercial cases before local courts in the UAE to including preparation of cases for filling online, follow ups, attending online hearings, handling enforcement of judgments procedures.
- Assist clients in real estate transactions and disputes before all local authorities.
- Assist client in employment matters and disputes.
- Liaise with government authorities and diverse judicial departments in the UAE.
- Conduct continuous legal research and prepare articles and commentary notes on laws.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a university degree in law from a reputable law university in Middle East. Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a western university will be considered as an advantage.
- You have gained minimum 8 years solid experience in a reputable UAE/Egypt law firm.
- You are open-minded, motivated, flexible, capable of working independently and eager to develop strong relationships with clients in a very dynamic and demanding environment.
- You are service oriented and have excellent analytical writing skills.
- You possess good command of English.
