Job Description

Our client is a prestigious government entity based in Abu Dhabi looking for a talented Emirati National who can manage the process of providing general admin and support services, such as maintenance, security, safety, hospitality and facilities management, etc. to organizational units, with the aim of helping them achieve their goals.

In addition, to ensure development and updating of archiving plans and systems in the department to ensure all data, information and files are preserved properly.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise collection and identification of services needs of organizational units, and provide them through tenders, receiving appropriate offers from suppliers

- Monitor process of developing plans for preventive and corrective maintenance for all buildings and facilities of the entity and ensure the smooth running of work maintaining occupational health and safety

- Ensure coordination and communication with concerned organizational units to issue tenders for periodic maintenance to meet needs and ensure the safety of buildings and facilities periodically in accordance with approved standards and timeframes

- Supervise contractors specialized in providing security and safety services in all buildings and facilities of the entity to ensure the safety of employees in the entity is maintained at all times

- Supervise hospitality services provided by external contractors to ensure that the needs of all organizational units are met and providing high quality services

- Ensure development and updating of archiving plans and systems in the department to ensure that all data, information and files are properly preserved

Requirements:

- Acquiring a minimum of 12 years of experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Management or any related field
- UAE National with Family Book
