Senior Director, Market Lead, Middle East & Africa
As a key member of our Regional Asia & Emerging Markets Leadership Team at Thomson Reuters; the Senior Director, Market Lead will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Sales, Pre-Sales, and Strategic Account Management teams across the Middle East, Africa and Russian regions. This role plays a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performance culture across the team. This includes setting clear expectations, ambitious goals and objectives, driving accountability, and fostering continuous development through regular coaching and feedback. The role is instrumental in managing team dynamics, motivating individuals, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
This high impact role is responsible for the end-to-end commercial success of the market, from lead generation and sales closure to retention and growth across the full company portfolio. You will shape and execute strategies that accelerate market share, drive short- and long-term revenue growth, and strengthen our brand's market presence.
You will thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, multinational environment-collaborating with cross functional leaders, nurturing C-level relationships, and inspiring high-performance teams to deliver exceptional results. This is a senior people leadership role with potential responsibility for other managers.
