Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and continuously enhance enterprise-grade ITSM platforms, including workflows, service catalogs, forms, automation rules, and backend logic. Lead the design and delivery of scalable automation solutions across low-code/no-code platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and strong alignment with business processes. Develop and maintain scripts and custom components (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, SQL) to extend platform capabilities and strengthen automation frameworks. Own and lead system integrations and orchestrations across internal applications and third-party tools using APIs, webhooks, and integration gateways. Drive ITIL 4-aligned service management best practices, actively contributing to the optimization of incident, request, change, and problem management processes. Partner with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, and Business) to translate business needs into digital transformation initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions. Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert guidance, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring timely, high-quality resolution.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM engineering, system automation, or digital transformation roles. Experience in fintech or fast-scaling technology environments is a strong plus. Strong practical experience administering and configuring ITSM platforms, including advanced setup at the admin and configuration levels. Advanced expertise in workflow design, automation logic, and platform customization to support complex business processes. Solid scripting and development skills using languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, SQL, or similar. Proven experience working with low-code/no-code automation platforms to design scalable and maintainable solutions. Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, webhooks, and orchestration across internal and third-party systems. Strong working knowledge of ITIL 4 service management practices across incident, request, change, and problem management. ITIL certification is preferred. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to guide junior engineers and review technical work. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
