Wealth Strategy Leadership: Lead ideation and design of comprehensive wealth management product vision, translating complex client needs into sophisticated digital roadmaps
Premium Team Management: Coach and develop 4-6 Product Owners managing 15-30 person cross-functional teams focused on wealth management solutions
Client-Centric Innovation: Collaborate with high-net-worth clients and relationship managers to understand sophisticated wealth requirements and translate into technical specifications
Regulatory Excellence: Ensure product roadmaps maintain compliance across multiple jurisdictions (Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore, UK) while driving innovation
Strategic Oversight: Manage significant investment budgets while balancing innovation with risk management in premium financial services
Required Experience
7+ years in wealth management, private banking, or premium financial services with digital leadership
Experience in Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore, or UK markets strongly preferred
Track record managing sophisticated financial technology teams and products
Understanding of wealth management regulations and premium client expectations
