Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Product Leadership: Lead ideation and design of retail banking product vision, translating into sophisticated roadmaps covering accounts, deposits, payments, cards, and loans with strong customer orientation
- Advanced Agile Management: Manage and coach 4-6 Product Owners across 15-30 person teams, overseeing prioritized backlogs and driving continuous improvement in scaled agile environments
- Market Intelligence: Review competitor landscape and customer research specific to retail banking, using data and feedback loops to prioritize digital product delivery and innovation
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as primary liaison between squads, tribes, platforms and business stakeholders, removing blockers and communicating performance using data-driven insights
- Financial Oversight: Manage substantial budget of $3-4M Capex and $800K-1.3M Opex, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
- 7+ years in fintech, neobanks, digital banks, or traditional banking with extensive digital team leadership
- Proven track record managing complex retail banking product portfolios
- Experience coaching and developing product management teams
- Deep understanding of retail banking domains and digital transformation
