Lead ideation, design and alignment of retail banking product vision across customer, business and technology teams, driving complex product roadmaps for accounts, deposits, payments, cards, and loans while delivering commercial returns and superior customer experiences. Key Accountabilities
Strategic Product Leadership: Lead ideation and design of retail banking product vision, translating into sophisticated roadmaps covering accounts, deposits, payments, cards, and loans with strong customer orientation
Advanced Agile Management: Manage and coach 4-6 Product Owners across 15-30 person teams, overseeing prioritized backlogs and driving continuous improvement in scaled agile environments
Market Intelligence: Review competitor landscape and customer research specific to retail banking, using data and feedback loops to prioritize digital product delivery and innovation
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as primary liaison between squads, tribes, platforms and business stakeholders, removing blockers and communicating performance using data-driven insights
Financial Oversight: Manage substantial budget of $3-4M Capex and $800K-1.3M Opex, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
Required Experience
7+ years in fintech, neobanks, digital banks, or traditional banking with extensive digital team leadership
Proven track record managing complex retail banking product portfolios
Experience coaching and developing product management teams
Deep understanding of retail banking domains and digital transformation
