Key Accountabilities
- AI Strategy Leadership: Drive comprehensive strategy for activating and monetizing AI models across the organization, focusing on business transformation rather than model development
- Digital Transformation: Lead large-scale transformation of traditional banking models into digital, AI-first frameworks, managing 4-6 product owners across 15-30 person teams
- Business Value Creation: Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify and implement AI monetization opportunities, developing metrics to measure business impact and ROI
- Organizational Change: Coach teams on data-first mindset adoption, ensuring AI capabilities are embedded into existing products while creating new revenue streams
- Strategic Investment: Manage substantial budgets for AI commercialization initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable business outcomes
- 7+ years in data commercialization, AI product leadership, or digital transformation at senior levels
- Proven track record monetizing data/AI products and leading organizational transformation
- Experience managing large teams focused on business model transformation
- Background in fintech, financial services, or data-driven organizations with leadership responsibilities
- AI/ML commercialization expertise
