Key Accountabilities
- Global Wealth Leadership: Manage 7-10 senior professionals across 60-75 person international teams, delivering wealth management and private banking digital solutions across key markets (Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore, UK)
- Premium Product Strategy: Coordinate complex wealth management roadmaps covering portfolio management, investment platforms, and private banking services with sophisticated client requirements
- Executive Financial Management: Oversee significant investment budget while ensuring optimal ROI for wealth management digital initiatives and premium client experience enhancements
- Regulatory Excellence: Drive organizational change while maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks
- Client Experience Leadership: Oversee implementation of premium digital standards ensuring exceptional user experience for high-net-worth clients
- Global Partnerships: Manage relationships with premium technology suppliers and wealth management solution providers
- 10+ years in wealth management, private banking, or premium financial services with 5+ years executive leadership
- Experience across Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore, or UK markets strongly preferred
- Proven track record in large-scale wealth management transformation projects
- Executive exposure to high-net-worth client requirements and regulatory environments
- Wealth management expertise at executive level
- Multi-jurisdictional regulatory knowledge
