Key Accountabilities
- Executive Leadership: Manage 7-10 direct reports across 60-75 person global teams, overseeing performance management, recruitment, and development of skilled business and engineering professionals
- Strategic Roadmap Management: Coordinate hybrid business and technology tribes across retail banking domains, ensuring seamless delivery of accounts, deposits, payments, cards, and loans solutions
- Financial Oversight: Manage substantial budget of $8-9M Capex and $1.3-2.7M Opex, monitoring ROI and ensuring financial and non-financial OKRs are met
- Global Transformation: Drive large-scale organizational change through digital transformation projects, implementing best practices across retail banking operations
- Design Excellence: Oversee implementation of digital visual standards across all retail banking touchpoints, ensuring consistency and premium user experience
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external suppliers and agencies to deliver comprehensive retail banking digital solutions
- 10+ years in business, strategy, IT or consulting with 5+ years executive management experience
- Deep expertise in retail banking domains: accounts, deposits, payments, cards, loans
- Experience from fintech, neobanks, digital banks, or traditional banking with extensive digital transformation leadership
- Proven track record leading large-scale organizational transformation projects
