Key Accountabilities
- AI Transformation Leadership: Manage 7-10 senior leaders across 60-75 person global teams focused on AI commercialization, data monetization, and digital-first transformation
- Strategic AI Roadmap: Coordinate business and technology tribes to deliver AI-first solutions, transforming traditional banking models into digital frameworks with measurable commercial outcomes
- Investment Strategy: Oversee substantial AI commercialization budget, ensuring optimal ROI through data monetization and business model transformation initiatives
- Organizational Change: Drive large-scale change management to embed AI-first mindset across the organization, implementing best practices in data commercialization
- Innovation Standards: Oversee implementation of AI and data standards across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency in AI-driven customer experiences
- Strategic AI Partnerships: Manage relationships with AI technology suppliers, data providers, and commercialization partners to accelerate business transformation
- 10+ years in data commercialization, AI strategy, or digital transformation with 5+ years executive leadership
- Proven track record leading large-scale AI commercialization and business transformation projects
- Executive experience in monetizing data/AI products and organizational change management
- Background in fintech, financial services, or data-driven organizations at senior levels
- AI commercialization strategy at executive level
