The project:
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You'll be responsible for:
Lead BIM delivery across the project lifecycle, ensuring resources, governance, and compliance with ISO19650 standards.
Develop BIM Execution Plans, digital handover strategies, and information requirements to drive project success.
Provide assurance, produce and check information models, and embed security protocols and best practice.
Partner with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering trusted expertise.
Mentor and upskill teams through training, knowledge sharing, and recruitment of BIM talent.
Innovate with emerging technologies, enhancing BIM processes and supporting construction sequencing and cost planning.
Influence senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and align with the Mace Way.
Champion sustainability, supporting net zero carbon transition through proactive management of emissions and reductions.
You'll need to have:
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk products, validation tools, and visualisation systems.
Expertise in content management libraries and databases.
Level 6 qualification or equivalent professional achievement.
Strong capability in applying standards to deliver assured digital outcomes.
