Job Description
Drive digital transformation for retail banking products including accounts, deposits, payments, cards, and loans. Lead product backlogs and functional requirements while ensuring seamless digital customer experiences.

Experience: 5+ years in retail banking digital functions OR fintech/neobanks/digital banks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design functional specifications for retail banking digital channels
- Create wireframes and prototypes for banking customer journeys
- Execute UAT for retail banking products
- Develop digital acquisition strategies and monitor adoption rates
- Coordinate with Cards, Loans, Deposits, and Payments teams
Experience: 5+ years in retail banking digital functions OR fintech/neobanks/digital banks
- Strong preference: Startups, fintech, neobanks, or digital banks background
- Traditional banking: Must have significant digital team experience
- Proven experience with accounts, deposits, payments, cards, or loans
- Deep retail banking products knowledge
- Digital banking platforms expertise
- Fintech ecosystem understanding
- Strong analytical and planning skills
