Summary The Executive Digital Adoption Leader is a senior commercial and strategic role responsible for driving the adoption, integration, and expansion of digital solutions across key accounts in the Molecular Imaging space, including large hospital networks, academic institutions, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This leader will shape and execute digital strategy in alignment with enterprise imaging goals, ensuring seamless integration of digital platforms with SPECT/CT and PET/CT systems.
As a trusted advisor and digital transformation partner, the Executive Digital Adoption Leader will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Clinical Education, and IT Implementation teams to deliver measurable outcomes, maximize customer value, and grow share of wallet across complex, high-value accounts.

Le Responsable Executif de l'Adoption Numerique est un poste strategique et commercial de haut niveau, charge de piloter l'adoption, l'integration et l'expansion des solutions numeriques au sein de comptes cles dans le domaine de l'imagerie moleculaire, incluant les grands reseaux hospitaliers, les institutions academiques et les leaders d'opinion (KOLs).
Ce leader definira et mettra en oeuvre la strategie numerique en coherence avec les objectifs globaux en imagerie medicale, en veillant a l'integration fluide des plateformes digitales avec les systemes SPECT/CT et PET/CT.
En tant que conseiller de confiance et partenaire de la transformation digitale, il/elle collaborera de maniere transversale avec les equipes Ventes, Produit, Formation Clinique et Implementation IT afin de generer des resultats mesurables, maximiser la valeur pour le client et accroitre la part de marche au sein de comptes complexes et a fort potentiel.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Digital Adoption & Customer Success
Lead digital transformation initiatives across strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and business objectives.
Serve as the executive point of contact for digital engagement, building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, department heads, and KOLs.
Drive customer success by ensuring high-value utilization of digital platforms and continuous alignment with evolving customer needs.
Commercial Leadership & Financial Accountability
Own the digital commercial strategy for key accounts, with full accountability for achieving revenue, margin, and adoption targets. Drive digital solution sales both as standalone offerings and as part of bundled imaging deals, in collaboration with Account Managers and Product Sales teams.
Increase digital attachment rates and expand share of wallet through value-based selling and enterprise-level engagement.
Digital Solution Strategy & Trials
Define and lead the digital trial strategy across key accounts, including customer selection, solution alignment, and timing within the deal cycle.
Ensure trials are structured to deliver ROI, with clear success metrics, stakeholder engagement, and post-trial conversion plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with the Imaging Digital Solutions (IT Implementation) team to define optimal solution architectures and ensure seamless deployment.
Align with Clinical Education teams to tailor training programs that meet the specific needs of each account and ensure successful onboarding.
Market & Portfolio Influence
Provide strategic insights to Product Management and Marketing based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
Influence roadmap development and go-to-market strategies to ensure alignment with enterprise imaging priorities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Health IT, or Business.
8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, digital transformation, or enterprise imaging--preferably in molecular imaging or diagnostic imaging.
Proven track record in strategic account management, digital health adoption, and commercial leadership.
Desired Characteristics

Structurer les essais pour garantir un retour sur investissement (ROI), avec des indicateurs de succes clairs, l'engagement des parties prenantes et des plans de conversion post-essai.
Collaboration Transversale
Collaborer avec l'equipe des Solutions Numeriques en Imagerie (Implementation IT) pour definir les architectures optimales et garantir un deploiement fluide.
Travailler avec les equipes de Formation Clinique pour adapter les programmes de formation aux besoins specifiques de chaque compte et assurer une integration reussie.
Influence sur le Marche & le Portefeuille
Fournir des insights strategiques aux equipes Produit et Marketing a partir des retours clients, de l'intelligence concurrentielle et des tendances du marche.
Influencer le developpement de la feuille de route produit et les strategies de mise sur le marche pour garantir leur alignement avec les priorites en imagerie medicale.
Qualifications Requises
Diplome de niveau Bac+4/5 en Sante, Genie Biomedical, Technologies de l'Information en Sante ou Commerce.
Minimum 8 ans d'experience dans les technologies de sante, la transformation numerique ou l'imagerie medicale, idealement en imagerie moleculaire ou diagnostique.
Experience averee en gestion de comptes strategiques, adoption de solutions numeriques en sante et leadership commercial.
Competences Souhaitees
Presence executive et excellentes competences relationnelles avec des interlocuteurs cliniques, techniques et dirigeants.
Solide comprehension des flux de travail en imagerie moleculaire, des ecosystemes de sante numeriques et des environnements IT hospitaliers.
Forte sensibilite business, capable de relier l'adoption numerique aux resultats cliniques et financiers.
