Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, manage, and optimise the infrastructure behind a platform that is transforming sport across the UAE. You will take full ownership of our cloud environments, automation pipelines, and deployment workflows, ensuring the system runs efficiently, securely, and at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a proactive, collaborative mindset and is excited by the opportunity to support a system with national visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage Oracle cloud infrastructure. Currently we will not consider any other Build and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines Implement and manage Docker containers and container orchestration solutions Automate deployments and integrate DevSecOps practices across the pipeline Monitor system health and troubleshoot infrastructure issues Collaborate closely with development team leads to align DevOps with product delivery Document infrastructure, processes, and deployment procedures Manage task tracking and deployment scheduling via JIRA Contribute to cost optimisation and scalability planning

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and/or AWS Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and version control systems Skilled in Docker and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes) Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure deployment best practices Proficient in JIRA and Git-based workflows Strong problem-solving skills and a performance-focused mindset Someone who can start sooner rather than later is advantageous

Full-time, based in our Dubai Motor City office - no remote/hybrid

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
