We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to:

. actively take part in creating strategy for our DevOps and SRE team, help expand it and drive it towards completing their objectives . create trusted pipelines of work from development through to production environments utilizing a high degree of automation . build and optimize the DevOps platform to enable developers and engineers to be as productive as possible . working closely with developers, SREs and other DevOps Engineers in a DevOps team and across teams to improve their scores across all of the DORA metrics . lead by example, taking hands-on and proactive approach . see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to deliver high quality software

Your team You will join a highly motivated, international crew in Doha, Qatar with several Scrum teams that develop and maintain Credit- and Debit- Card solutions for our clients. We create a connected, free and unlimited cards world by providing smart and easy cards and payments products and services.

Your expertise . Bachelor in Computer Science or any other related area, or proven relevant working experience and proficient command of English . direct experience in setting up, further developing and monitoring cloud infrastructures (ideally using one or more of: Azure Cloud Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Databricks, Azure DevOps and confirmed with Azure Certification i.e. AZ-400) . familiarity with networking (NAT, DNS, firewalls, basic routing, load balancing, etc.) . experience in source code management with git, knowledge of GitLab (and GitLab API) and Maven dependency management, configuration Management tools (preferably Ansible) . automating using programming & scripting Languages - ideally at least one of Python, Groovy, Kotlin, shell scripts or bash . application monitoring and observability (using one of Splunk, Prometheus Grafana, Azure Monitor), application security setup (SSH, certificates, Oauth 2.0, Hashicorp Vault) . ideally you will also have (or be willing to eagerly learn it using our vast educational opportunities): Kafka and/or MQs . software, build or release engineering for Java applications as well as building UI application packages with npm and Node.js
