Role Overview

Driven Properties' Growth & Innovation Team is building the next generation of real estate technology--including ERP, CRM automation, internal tools, and cloud-native platforms. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS Expert) with 7-10+ years of hands-on cloud and DevOps experience.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, deploy, and manage scalable AWS cloud environments across Dev, Staging, and Production. Lead cloud infrastructure modernization, containerization, and microservices deployments. Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation). Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Automate deployment processes, monitoring, backups, and operational workflows. Implement advanced observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK/EFK. Lead disaster recovery, incident response, and cloud governance best practices. Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to align infrastructure with business goals. Mentor junior engineers and help drive DevOps culture within the team.

Requirements

7-10+ years of DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE experience. Expert-level AWS skills (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route53, ALB/NLB). Strong Docker and Kubernetes/EKS experience. Proficiency in Terraform or CloudFormation. Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell). Experience with CI/CD tools and microservices environments. Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM design, and network architecture. Ability to diagnose, optimize, and scale high-traffic systems.

Nice to Have

AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect or DevOps). Experience designing data pipelines or ETL systems. Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems or PropTech platforms. Cost optimisation experience in large cloud environments.
