Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Designer / Design Manager to join our interior design and architecture studio in Dubai Hills. This role is suited to a design professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record delivering high-end projects in the UAE market.

You will lead design teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure the highest level of design quality across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.

Qualifications:

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field 7+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership role Must have proven experience delivering luxury residential, commercial, F&B, retail, and hospitality projects in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE standards, authority requirements, and site coordination Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe CC, and other design software Strong understanding of detailing, joinery, materials, and construction documentation for high-end projects Positive, professional, and proactive team player with strong ownership, proven leadership and mentoring skills, and a detail-oriented passion for luxury design

Responsibilities:

Lead luxury interior design projects from concept through detailed design and site execution Oversee high-end residential, commercial, F&B, retail, and hospitality projects Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring design excellence and consistency Review and approve design drawings, presentations, and material selections Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities across the UAE Present concepts, finishes, and design strategies confidently to clients and stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
