Create and innovate content to meet the needs of target customers and develop up-to-date technology marketing strategies of the institution.
Manage and design all media such as summary reports, brochures, business cards, calendars, notebooks and other promotional materials.
Innovate and design the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing activities to spread on social media, email, Facebook, website and more widely across the country and globally.
Make daily and monthly reports to review promotional materials to make sure they are adequate for daily, monthly or yearly use.
Receive and respond when customers contact by phone, email and / or social media.
Coordinate with various departments and suppliers to produce marketing materials.
Manage and manage marketing materials as requested.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or current student in Marketing, Management, Architecture and Design or equivalent.
Can use Ms Office Word, Ms Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketching / Drawing or Auto CAD.
Experience or knowledge related to building or apartment design and printing of marketing materials
