Randstad is working with a leading real estate development firm in the search for a Design Manager, Senior Design Manager and Design Director for new high profile projects in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, the focus of the role is design management, appointing and leading international consultants on residential and hospitality projects in the Middle East and overseas. * Lead and manage the design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the companys vision, objectives, and design standards * Supervise and mentor a team of designers, architects, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment conducive to innovation and excellence * Develop and implement strategic design plans in alignment with project requirements, client expectations, and market trends, while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints * Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including development and construction teams, as well as external stakeholders such as consultant, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery * Maintain high standards of design quality, consistency, and integrity throughout all project phases, conducting regular reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices. To be considered for the opportunities, candidates must have: * Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or related field * Minimum 15+ years of experience in architectural design and project management * Experience working with top tier design consultants, project management consultants or real estate development firms * Previous experience working on luxury residential or hospitality projects * Previous Middle East experience preferred but not a prerequisite * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem:solving skills Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
