Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of water treatment, distribution, wastewater, and stormwater systems
• Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis to ensure system efficiency and performance
• Manage multiple water engineering projects and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Coordinate design activities with architects, contractors, authorities, and internal teams
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international water engineering standards
• Prepare engineering reports, technical specifications, and cost estimates
• Participate in client meetings and communicate design concepts clearly
• Stay informed on new technologies and advancements in sustainable water engineering

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification
• 8-10 years of experience in water engineering design
• Strong background in treatment plants, distribution systems, wastewater networks, and stormwater management
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of UAE water regulations and sustainable design approaches
• Ability to manage several concurrent projects under tight timelines
