Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an accomplished and proactive Senior Design Engineer to lead their product design & development team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in CCSI software, Unilab for coil selections, and the entire product development cycle of AHU/FCU/CDU. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in managing international product certifications such as Eurovent and AHRI, reviewing technical compliance specifications, and conducting product research and development. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in application engineering, manufacturing support, and value engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee and lead the product design and prototyping process, ensuring compliance with customized requirements for AHU/FCU/CDU.

- Manage the complete product development cycle, from conceptualization to production, while adhering to industry standards and customer specifications.

- Direct the management of international product certifications, including Eurovent and AHRI, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.

- Review technical compliance specifications and consultant comments related to AHU/FCU, utilizing strong technical knowledge in the field.

- Conduct thorough product research and development, including testing at international laboratories, to guarantee high-quality product standards.

- Apply engineering expertise to develop and ensure compliance with specifications for various applications.

- Provide comprehensive design support at the production site, collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient and effective execution of product designs.

- Implement value engineering practices, including estimation and costing of products based on design considerations, to optimize production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.

- Proven track record of utilizing CCSI software and Unilab for coil selections.

- Extensive experience in the complete product development cycle of AHU/FCU/CDU, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

- Proficiency in managing international product certifications such as Eurovent and AHRI.

- Strong understanding of technical compliance specifications and the ability to effectively address consultant comments.

- Previous experience in product research and development, including testing at international laboratories.

- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to various applications.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in providing manufacturing support and implementing value engineering practices is highly desirable.
