Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Design Architect

with extensive experience in consultancy and a strong background in architectural design for projects in

Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate will lead design development, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project excellence from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Concept Development:

Lead the development of architectural concepts and design solutions aligned with project objectives. Prepare and present detailed design proposals, sketches, and 3D models. Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi's architectural regulations and building codes. Incorporate innovative, sustainable, and functional design elements into projects.

Project Management & Coordination:

Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure design integrity throughout project phases. Manage design deliverables and ensure timely submissions. Conduct site visits and provide design solutions to resolve any challenges during execution.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback. Present design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and government authorities. Coordinate with Abu Dhabi regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals.

Technical Expertise:

Ensure that all designs comply with local codes, sustainability standards, and international best practices. Utilize advanced design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and BIM technologies. Lead junior architects and mentor team members to enhance design quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Minimum 13+ years of experience

in architectural design, with

mandatory experience in consultancy firms

.
? Proven experience working on projects in

Abu Dhabi

, with strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes.
? Proficiency in design and visualization software (

Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite

).
? Strong portfolio showcasing creative, large-scale architectural projects.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

sustainable architecture and LEED accreditation
