Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Design Architect

with a strong consultancy background to join our head office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, project coordination, and leading design teams on large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept through to detailed design and construction documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design objectives are achieved. Review and approve design drawings, ensuring compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements. Provide creative and technical input during all stages of design and project execution. Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other discipline teams for integrated design solutions. Ensure all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. Building & Infrastructure Projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Architecture

. Minimum

15 years of experience

in architectural design within a

consultancy environment

. Proven track record of handling medium to large-scale projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of

Dubai Municipality regulations

and UAE building codes. Proficiency in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
