NEXT Engineering Consultants
is seeking to hire aSenior Design Architect
to join our Abu Dhabi branch. We are looking for a visionary architect with strong design leadership, technical expertise, and in-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's regulations to deliver landmark projects with excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design concepts from schematic to detailed stages. Develop innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Prepare design presentations, drawings, and technical documents. Supervise and mentor junior architects and design team members. Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi building codes, design standards, and approval processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
5-10 years of proven experience
in architectural design across large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino/SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools.Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's engineering and architectural regulations
and submission procedures.Hold a valid Abu Dhabi Municipality Engineers' Registration Card (ADM Card).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.Can join immediately
