The
Senior Delay Analyst
will be responsible for delay analysis, programme reviews, and supporting time-related claims on large-scale construction and oil & gas projects.Key Responsibilities:
Perform delay analysis using recognized methodologies (EOT, prolongation, disruption) Review baseline programmes, updates, and project schedules Prepare delay claims, reports, and expert documentation Support dispute resolution and claims negotiations
Requirements:
Minimum
5+ years' experience
in delay analysis Strong background inconstruction and oil & gas projects
Good knowledge ofQatari Law / Civil Code
Proven experience supporting complex projectsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: In person
