To design, configure, and support application and integration solutions that enable efficient and standardized warehouse operations across MEA. This role ensures alignment with A&I governance frameworks, drives system optimization, and supports strategic initiatives such as WMS implementations, system migrations, and integration projects. The position is based in Dubai.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Application Engineering


Design, configure, and test WMS applications to meet operational and business requirements. Translate functional requirements into practical application scenarios. Support the full application lifecycle: documentation, testing, deployment, and after-care in line with CL Project Approach (CLPA) and Data Quality Planning (DQP) standards. Ensure user-friendly, lean system processes and adherence to operational standards.

Integration Engineering


Design and execute integration solutions (EDI, APIs) to connect client systems and internal platforms. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and test data exchange mechanisms. Ensure data integrity, system compatibility, and performance across integrated environments. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with technical teams.

Governance & Compliance


Enforce adherence to enterprise standards, CLPA, and DQP frameworks. Monitor deliverables from global IT and escalate delays or issues as needed. Advocate for process standardization across warehouse operations.

Training & Change Enablement


Assist in training key users and end-users on new processes and system functionalities. Prepare training materials and user guides. Support change management activities during project rollouts.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement


Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on project progress and issues. Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients to understand project needs and expectations. Partner with Commercial, Solutions Design, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in supply chain or IT within a 3PL environment. Strong knowledge of WMS systems (Infor SCE preferred; Blue Yonder is a plus). Familiarity with integration technologies (EDI, APIs) and basic SQL knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite; Agile/Prince2/PMP knowledge is a plus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
