Requirements
Analytics Implementation & Management
Lead the implementation and configuration of analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Firebase, & MMP) across web and app platforms
Develop and maintain tracking frameworks to ensure accurate data collection
Create and manage data schemas, taxonomies, and governance protocols
Audit tracking implementations and user interfaces to identify optimization opportunities
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
Extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and trends
Conduct in-depth user journey analyses to identify conversion barriers and opportunities
Perform cohort analyses, segmentation, and attribution modeling to understand customer behavior
Generate predictive insights to inform strategic business decisions
Reporting & Visualization
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Looker Studio
Create clear, compelling data visualizations that tell impactful stories
Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data delivery to stakeholders
Translate technical findings into business-friendly language and actionable recommendations
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and requirements
Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement data-driven solutions
Serve as the analytics subject matter expert for assigned projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
Required Experience & Skills
2-4 years of experience in digital analytics or related field
Proven expertise with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase and MMP
Strong proficiency with business intelligence tools, particularly Google Looker Studio
Working knowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python or JavaScript)
Experience analyzing user journeys and behavior across digital platforms
Excellent data visualization skills and ability to create compelling, actionable reports
Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Technical Knowledge
Advanced Google Analytics 4 configuration and reporting
Tag management systems (especially Google Tag Manager)
Event-based tracking methodologies
SQL for data querying and manipulation
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions and formulas
Dashboard development and data visualization principles
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with app analytics frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing technology stacks and integrations
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
Experience implementing and analyzing A/B tests
Familiarity with e-commerce analytics
Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs)
Working knowledge of API integrations
