Position Overview
The Senior Crowd Transport Modeller role in Dubai leads the development and application of advanced crowd simulation and transport modeling solutions for major urban transportation projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and validate complex crowd simulation models for transport hubs, networks, and large-scale events
• Analyze large datasets to inform transport planning, capacity assessment, and crowd management decisions
• Lead project teams in designing and implementing crowd management and passenger flow strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate crowd modeling within wider transportation and urban planning frameworks
• Present technical findings, insights, and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in crowd simulation and transport modeling
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal best practices and technical standards
• Ensure all models and analyses comply with local UAE regulations and international standards

Ideal Profile

• Master's degree in Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
• 7 to 10 years of experience in transportation planning and modeling with a strong focus on crowd simulation
• Advanced expertise in crowd simulation software and transport modeling tools
• Strong proficiency in GIS software and data analysis techniques
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Deep understanding of crowd behavior dynamics and urban transport systems
• Experience on large-scale urban crowd management projects
• Professional Transportation Planner certification or equivalent is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with UAE transportation standards is preferred
