Requirements and responsibilities

Duties:

Customize Dynamics 365 entities, including forms, views, charts, and fields, to meet specific business requirements Develop custom code using the Dynamics 365 SDK and JavaScript to enhance functionality Create custom entities and add-ons to extend the capabilities of the CRM system Configure business rules, connection roles, and relationships to streamline processes Develop plug-in assemblies and workflows to automate tasks and improve efficiency Design and develop dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis Assist with data migration between systems Install and configure Dynamics 365 environments Provide support to users via chat, phone, email, and remote access to the client's system Analyze and improve existing processes, making recommendations for enhancements Troubleshoot issues and analyze problems to identify root causes and implement solutions Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and data sources

Technical Requirements:

5+ Years of Experience. Proficient in C#, .NET, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 development Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, entities, and workflows Familiarity with web services, APIs, and integration patterns Experience with relational databases and SQL Knowledge of agile development methodologies
