: * Proactively contact clients to ensure invoices have been received and are ready for payments, Circulate regular client statement of accounts.

• Reconcile customer accounts on monthly basis
• Produce regular updates to financial Controller / credit Manager regarding aged or disputed debt and follow up on progress where applicable.
• Produce potential and bad debt summary on monthly basis.
• Checking Customer credit rating with banks.
• Setting up the terms and conditions for loans.
• Timely and affective collection of all debts and customer payments
• Negotiating re-payment plans
• Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
• Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
