Join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi as a Senior Cost Manager specializing in the Real Estate/Property sector. This challenging yet rewarding role involves detailed knowledge and hands-on experience in professional cost consultancy within the construction industry.

This position demands a proactive and confident individual capable of driving successful end-to-end service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate/Property sector to provide expert cost management services.
- Demonstrate proficiency in construction industry technical matters, including various cost management standards, value management, and value engineering.
- Showcase proven experience in client-facing roles, maintaining a professional approach, and confidently presenting to clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Client personnel, instilling confidence and assurance.
- Exhibit solid experience and capabilities in pre-contract services, encompassing feasibility assessment, tendering, benchmarking, and pricing of building and MEP works for estimating. Additionally, contribute to the preparation of Bills of Quantities.
- Take personal responsibility for end-to-end service delivery is a must.
- Lead a cost management team when required, ensuring the team delivers on all the aforementioned accountabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles within the Real Estate/Property sector.
• For MEP cost managers, a relevant Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree is preferable.
• Proficiency in Cost-X is required.
• Knowledge of BIM is preferred.
