Senior Cost Manager

Job Description
Our client is tier 1 cost consultancy looking to invest in senior cost managers to join their commercial cost management team. They are looking for someone who will assist the lead cost manager in developing and managing commercial aspects of the component projects for a high profile government project; this includes coordination with all stakeholders and as such the ideal candidate will be someone who not only has excellent experience but also is professional, personable, and an excellent communicator.
A successful senior cost manager will have;

A successful senior cost manager will have;
- Proven track record - at least 10 years\' experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
- Confident with cost estimation software such as CostX.
- High level of professionalism, particularly managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Chartership is highly desirable but not required (e.g. MRICS, AIQS, etc).
- Strong pre-contract experience.
- Portfolio of building experience (infrastructure, road, urban spaces
- Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred but not essential.
- Available to start in Q3 or beginning of Q4
