Job Description

Senior Cost Analyst - Data Centres
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop global cost benchmarks (Cost/MW, regional comparisons)
  • Analyse full data-centre cost components - Civil, MEP, Power, Cooling
  • Support CAPEX planning, estimation, forecasting & cost intelligence
  • Provide rapid cost insights to senior leadership
  • Support due diligence for new markets, land & territory evaluations
Candidate Profile :
  • Background in Cost Engineering, QS, Project Controls or Cost Planning
  • Experience with Data Centres, EPCs, PMCs or Cost Consultancies
  • Strong analytical capability - Excel, Power BI, benchmarking
  • Preference for Indian candidates due to team structure
