Responsible for driving the revenue of the corporate dealing desk by actively managing clients and understanding their business process and finding their need.
Job's Duties and Responsibilities
:
Service a portfolio of corporate clients covering a broad range of industry sectors by providing a full range of risk mitigation strategies and FX Hedging products.
Obtain a thorough understanding of the client's business, industry sector, routes to market, and current strategies to best provide a solution that meets their needs.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients through regular communication and client meetings.
Execution of FX trades (Spot, FWD and Market Orders) on a principally matched basis through via current banking relationships.
Have a deep understanding of competitor offerings and capabilities thereby allowing you to position Delma and yourself as a viable option.
Deliver upon specific monthly/annual dealer KPI's.
Establish strategies to increase share of client wallet, maximize new and repeat business revenue, reduce client churn and increase monthly % of clients trading.
Achieve a high degree of collaboration with the sales teams to assist and guide in new business acquisition.
Acquire and expand new business through networking channels, existing client referral's, and your own sourcing of new business leads.
Work to fully understand the client's business from start to end in order to find and serve their needs effectively.
Play a proactive role in client's business in relation to their foreign exchange needs by offering spot, forward and market orders with the goal of managing the client's exposure and earning higher revenue for the company.
Provide customized products and options to facilitate corporate clients to save more funds and manage the risk of volatile market.
Ensure Professional service and high standards to all existing and new clients to enhance the reputation of the company in the market.
Demonstrate understanding of the banking and settlement procedure in order to effectively support clients whenever required and seek help from the settlement team if needed.
Assisting the settlement team for reconciliation of accounts and give updates on the payment of clients.
Keep updated records of all forwards contract, spot contracts and market order.
Monitor current market order bookings by observing the live market and place them with the bank when market order hits.
Competitive cross selling of products to corporate clients with the goal of earning higher revenue.
Conduct client visits, to develop and cement relationships and actively develop new business relationships by referrals.
Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new clients.
Responsible for day to day booking and trades.
Ensure adherence to compliance at all levels.
Retaining, quoting maintaining relation with clients, making site visits, updating clients on market trends and news, updating journals and pipelines

External:
Clients, Bank Treasury and Relation Managers.
Job Specification;
Language:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Education:
Graduate degree in Finance, Economics or related field
Experience
: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Forex Market
