Charterhouse are working with a highly prestigious US Law Firm based in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a 6 \xe2\x80\x93 8 PQE Senior Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate who has experience advising on M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital investments and corporate reorganisations to join their corporate team.

About the role
As a Senior Corporate Associate, your responsibilities will include preparing, crafting, and negotiating corporate and commercial documents, performing due diligence, composing advisory memoranda, creating proposals and credential statements, collaborating with clients, fostering relationships with both clients and colleagues, and actively engaging in and supporting business development efforts.

About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of six years of experience in corporate work, preferably gained at a well-regarded international firm. While an England & Wales qualification is preferred, the role is open to candidates qualified in major Commonwealth jurisdictions such as the US, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa, and India.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate a commercial approach and excellent client-facing skills with strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Candidates based in the UAE are preferred, however, our client is willing to offer a relocation package for the right candidate.
