MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To provide administrative support for the Inflight Services department as well as project administration duties as required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sets up and creates new Cabin Crew files and records and maintains them when necessary.
Updates all relevant Inflight Services administrative manuals as required.
Conducts the administration portion of the 'ab-initio' training courses for new Cabin Crew in regards to license application, staff travel, EFOS, AIMS, vaccination and general conduct.
Completes all administrative procedures for Cabin Crew related to resignations, terminations, leave (regular, unpaid, emergency and maternity).
Coordinates with the GCAA to ensure the collection of all Cabin Crew documents.
Prepares the weekly statistics reports (which highlights all established KPIs).
Records all meeting minutes from investigations and disciplinary meetings and ensures its archival.
Processes GCAA applications for renewal of Cabin Crew licenses and coordinates with the AME, Unicare for issue/reissue/renewal of medical certificates and reinstatements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Fluent in English
4 - 6 years

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
