We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coordinator - BIM to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for complex construction projects, ensuring seamless integration of design, engineering, and construction data.

• Oversee and coordinate BIM processes across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM execution plans
• Manage the creation, maintenance, and quality control of 3D models throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with various disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP) to resolve design conflicts and optimize building systems integration
• Conduct clash detection analyses and provide solutions to mitigate issues
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain BIM content libraries and templates
• Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices and software utilization
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to current processes
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations in all BIM-related activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and building systems integration
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable
• Experience with additional software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is a plus
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification process
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations
• Proven track record of successful BIM implementation in large-scale construction projects
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
