Senior Contracts Specialist – Wastewater & Pipeline Projects
Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Engineering, or relevant discipline; Chartered/Professional License preferred. 14+ years' experience, including 7+ years in contract and commercial support roles; regional experience preferred. Support contract preparation, negotiation, and claims for wastewater and drainage infrastructure projects. Provide expert advice on contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and commercial guidance. Review and interpret contract terms and conditions, supporting claims evaluation and dispute management. * Advise project teams on contractual and commercial compliance to ensure risk mitigation and project success.
