Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying; Chartered/Licensed status preferred. 14+ years' experience, including 7+ years in contract management; regional experience preferred. Manage end-to-end contract administration for drainage and infrastructure programs. Ensure compliance with Ashghal's contractual policies and resolve commercial issues. Expert in FIDIC contracts, claims management, tendering, bid evaluation, and contract documentation. * Provide expert advice on contractual obligations, claims, and project compliance.
