We are hiring a Senior Contracts Engineer for our clients based in Dubai
We're hiring a Senior Contracts Engineer to join a leading team on major infrastructure and turnkey projects across the UAE. This role will support the Contracts Manager and focus on overseeing contract execution from start to finish, while ensuring risk is minimized and compliance is upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
? Location: Dubai
? Salary: AED 16,000 - 21,000 (slightly flexible for strong candidates)

? What You'll Be Doing:
Prepare, review, and manage contract documentation
Handle day-to-day contract administration and reporting
Oversee risk assessment, variations, and claims
Ensure compliance with project and legal requirements
Engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively
? What We're Looking For:
Degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Construction Management, or related fields
Additional contract management certifications are a plus
10+ years' experience in electrical, power, T&D, infra turnkey or construction projects
Ideally experience in the UAE or wider GCC
Strong knowledge of risk and variation management, negotiation, and compliance
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
