Senior Contracts Engineer (offshore)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts for offshore engineering, construction, and installation services. Ensure all contract terms comply with company policies and legal standards. Lead the tendering process, bid evaluations, and contract award recommendations. Coordinate with legal, procurement, project management, and technical teams to support contractual matters. Identify and mitigate contractual risks and ensure timely resolution of disputes or claims. Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms throughout the project lifecycle. Support project cost control and ensure budget alignment with contractual obligations. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in contract engineering or management, with at least 5 years in offshore oil & gas projects. Proven experience in contract negotiation, risk management, and claims handling. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
