Responsible for managing and controlling all contract-related activities for oil and gas projects, including tendering, contract administration, claims, and variations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and administer contracts in accordance with company and client requirements.
Manage pre-award and post-award contract activities.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and legal teams on contractual matters.
Review tender documents, prepare bid evaluations, and assist in negotiations.
Identify and manage contractual risks, claims, and variations.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and client procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in
contract management in the oil and gas industry
.
Strong knowledge of
EPC contracts
, FIDIC terms, and commercial principles.
Prior experience with
ADNOC projects
is
highly preferred
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
