Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, legal teams, and senior management, regarding contracts and tenders.
Leading the Contracts and Tendering Department to achieve the Company's strategic goals and business/ contractual excellence.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment within the Contracts and Tendering Department.
Responsible for all the commercial and contractual, activities for the company, including pre-qualifications and registrations with new clients, tendering, negotiation, agreement, contracts administration, dispute resolutions/claim management, and contract close-out.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contracts, tenders, and procurement.
Work closely with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting and timely invoicing and payment for contracts.
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to legal and company requirements.
Monitor contract performance, identifying and addressing deviations or issues in a timely manner.
