Senior Contracts & Construction Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Contracts & Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills: Minimum of 15 years work experience in Architecture, Design, Construction, Contracts Management field Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract Variations, Disputes & Claims Management Procurement process for Contractors and Consultants Tender Process Management Documentation and reporting skills Strong organisation and communication skills Project Scheduling Experience Analytical and problem solving skills Negotiation Skills Key tasks: Contracts Management for Design Projects, including:
Review of Consultancy Agreements upstream Appointment of sub-consultants Contracts Management for Site Supervision Projects, including:
Contract Administration Invoice review upstream and downstream (supporting the finance team) Variations and Claims Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
